Of Mary’s
Holy praise.
Adornment,
For the King–
Sunlight
Shining
Rays.
His feet:
Dirt covered.
Her hair:
Let down.
The perfume:
Poured out.
On Jesus:
Profound.

Hm one of my favorite stories. This was short and sweet but not simple, more like complex. Complex because of the meaning behind Mary’s actions. I feel like you portrayed that beautifully and even before you mentioned this act being “profound.” It is echoed within every word.
